Dear listers, ARS 6.00.01 patch 1454
something very strange: when I send an email with attachment to my Remedy, the email simply disapears !!!
I can see the mail in my logs. Once they are delivered by my mail server to the local remedy user, they are copied to a directory where the email engine reads the emails from. They are collected from there and I can see them in the User tool.
But when there is an attachment, the email is copied to the mentionned directory. But I cannot see them in the User tool. Though the user remedy has red the file. So where do they go?
