Fixed in Dev. Collection is working again. It was related to the Patch 20 upgrade. The upgrade was looking for a service name, i.e, AR System Flashboards, BMC Remedy Flashboards, or Remedy Flashboards, if it found one that didn't match EXACTLY, it DELETED the original service AND Failed to replace it. It is now a documented bug in patch 20.
Flashboard Patch 20 installer deletes the Flashboard Service. This is why the collection stopped. WORKAROUND: Install Flashboard patch 20 again. Verify Java path in registry, the email engine and flashboard library path should match. PREVENTION: Don't use the installer if possible. Unfortunately for us the FB P20 patch files weren't complete at the time so we had no choice but to use the installer.
