Mr./Ms./? drh, If your company is a European BMC Partner, which one is it? www.wanadoo.fr takes me to an Orange site, not a Remedy Partner or at least as far as I know they haven't branched out from web and mobile phone services into the BMC partner area?
So, if you are from a BMC Partner, please provide more information. I hadn't heard of CEE before but I presume Central & Eastern Europe?
