I believe you have to fix this on the server.  Are others having the
same problem?  If this is just an isolated incident then I'm not sure if
this will fix the problem.

On your Mid Tier server:

Copy the \resources\standard\javascript\timezone\America_Indianapolis.js
file
into a new file called America_Atikokan.js in that same directory.  I
wouldn't recommend using New York as a base as Atikokan doesn't observe
Daylight Saving Time, and is constantly in EST.

ARS 6.3 Patch 21 Midtier 7.0.1 Oracle 10g ITSM 6.0
One remote user opens up the Requester form, but it is blank.  We
deleted 
temporary internet file, cookies, and rebooted the pc.  We get no error 
message, just a blank screen with Done on the left bottom corner of the 
screen.  Coworkers at the remote site are able to open up the Requester 
and enter tickets.

Any suggestions?
