Yes we have integrated Unicenter with Remedy using TIBCO.

Basically the design is to use SOAP to advance a alert to TIBCO. Within
TIBCO there is a matching and selection of a suitable CTI and Resolver
Group, the resulting record is then placed onto a JMS queue. A TIBCO
Remedy adapter picks up the records from the queue and inserts into Remedy
via a request/response call. A Remedy case or error message is returned to
TIBCO BW for inclusion back into Unicenter. If an error is returned then
they raise a send case against a generic CTI and Service Centre, if this
fails they raise a alarm via phone for manual action.

The adapter is pretty dumb and basically replicates the Remedy API is a
nice visual format. It can provide R/R, Subscription and Publishing
services. As a product TIBCO is nice but expensive.

Setup and installation on the Remedy side is simple and straight forward.
Our TIBCO support pers performed the SOAP-Transform-Update BW magic so I
don?t know all of the details
