The Print Friendly button doesn't seem to print the complete case.  Some
of the entries are cutoff.
How would one go about printing the complete case, with all comments
intact?

By the way, have you heard from them on the issue you reported?

Note that there are no scroll bars on the window presented.  You can
print 
it though, or scroll the content area to see the whole history.  I 
reported this a few days after the site went live.  I usually print to a

PDF...

BMCRemedy Support Site - How to Print Issues






Hi, 

Has any one figured out a user-friendly way to print a single support
issue from the Support site?  Besides opening each update (row) to the
case and screen printing it?
(As most of you know by now, each update to a case is represented by a
row in the Update Issues table.)

I've called customer support and they confirmed that there is no way to
print.  I've already submitted an RFE.

In the meantime, has anyone figured out another way?
