BMC is supposed to be providing a loooooong-promised white paper telling how to map those two, but I don't think it's available yet. Until then, you can still do it, but you're on your own to do the mapping of the ITSM 6 forms to the CMDB 2.0 CDM, which is different than the 1.x CDM that it is currently mapped to. Rick _____
