Open up the Admin Tool, hit "F1" and search for "CLI". You'll find some information on how to use the Command-line Interfaces for various AR System clients (User Tool, Import Tool, Admin Tool & RunMacro) The help file gives the following example of how you can export a single form from an AR Server to a def file using the CLI...
