Are you getting an error message or anything in the event log on the
local system?

Is this happing on a windows system?

Did you try to run the user tool on the AR server to see if there are
issues?

Could it be a network issue?

Workflow that's running that's closing all windows.

Logging?

Dan

Subject: User tool abruptly closes the session.

Hi All,

We have recently started facing this problem with the User tool.
It seems like the whole of our FLS is caught with the same problem were
the User tool session ends abruptly.
The Error says:
The AR System User Application has encountered a problem and needs to be
closed.
We have tried to use an latest patch update User installation. But
doesn't solve the problem.
The User tool version presently used is 5.1.2 patch 1303.

Any help is much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Girish. S .T
