You can create a shortcut or link that will contain the username and password
on the URL.
http://<Remedy_Server>/arsys/servlet/ViewFormServlet?form=<Your_Form>&server=<Remedy_Server>&username=<Customer_Username>&pwd=<Customer_Password>
