Did change prefix some years ago. Just some sql into the database, a
restart and your up and running.

Web services needs to handle manually.

Well....one nice thing in the 7.x admin tool (can be used on 6.3 without
problem, for this feature at least) is the ability to highlight any amount
of workflow, right click, edit, and go to the advanced tab...if you
currently use a standard that doesn't include :'s but -'s instead....from
this dialog you can easily modify all of your code to use :'s
instead...without needing to go into each piece of workflow and rename
manually

From what I understand from BMC's documentation in the Administering I class
(http://www.bmc.com/education/servicemgmt/courses/rsmg-ara1-0700.htm),
the colon is the only delimiting character.

The Prefix tab is a nice idea, but it seems like it doesn't work unless your
workflow delimits prefixes with colons (:)

If your workflow naming convention uses another prefix delimiter, or none at
all, or you inherited older workflow, the prefix tab doesn't much work for
you. One ends up having to use the View...By Form... option and specify the
prefix there, which is tedious.

Is there a way to specify the prefix delimiter character, or specify the
number of characters to use as a prefix? Or do I have to go rename all my
workflow?!?
