I chatted to remedy concerning this issue,
The issue is the following:
Any report Previously made by any other versions to 9 is DOA.

So if you have created a report in 7 - 8 - 8.5  and then upgraded them to
9.0
and expect to use them in any way shape or Form.. Forget it. They are DOA.

New DLL's require either a Fresh 9.0 or XI CR design.  That is the Issue in
a NutShell folks..

I had the issues as well, and I never went to ARS 7.01 because once you
cross into that version of Server you can no longer use the OLDER CR's. But
if you use ARS 7.00.02 or Patch2 and Client 6.3 all is fine.  But you also
cannot use the ARS 7.X client.

I have installed the latest version of the User Tool and checked the
active link that generates the report, and made sure on the Report
Information tab:
Report Type = Crystal
Location = Embedded
Name = \\reportname.rpt
Destination = Printer

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
