Hi Rogerio

Log indicates that server is crashing at RPC# 390635 (List) and 390603
(Escalation). To narrow down problem ,enable user log to watch the user
operation at that time by a specific user.

This might help.

This happened before but we couldn't find the root cause. The arsystem
service was restarted and got back to normal.
