Hi Guillermo,

I’m not sure if it will answer your question specifically, but there is a
useful White paper on ITSM 7.0 Architecture which you can download from the
BMC Support Site under the Product Documentation section.

This White paper gives detailed information about exactly how the Overview
Console works and how you could customise it.

There may be some information which helps you.

Cheers

Chris.

Your explanation needs clarification since the data in the
SHR:ARDBC_OverviewConsole is provided by each form independent of the other
forms. I have added new field mappings using the ARDBC:FieldMapping form.

Subject: Help with SHR:ARDBC_OverviewConsole

Hi dear listers

We need modify the vendor form SHR:ARDBC_OverviewConsole

The registers that comes of the form TMS:Task the status must change
"Assigned"

for "Asignado" but to do this affect to the HPD:Help Desk's registers puts
them

for the same "Asignado" status when in this form the status is modified so
that

the status Assigned changes for "Registrado"

How can I modify the records of the form TMS:Task without affecting those of

HPD:Help Desk?

"Asignado", "Registrado" are in Spanish language, because we are in Mexico
;)

Thanks in advance

Greetings from Mexico City.
