????: [ARSLIST] ARERR [9084] for client station that has 2 network cards

Hello All,

We have an issue where a client station that has 2 network cards using Windows
2000. The primary card has a static ip and the second one is not.
User often gets error: ARERR [9084] User is currently connected from another
machine.

Sometimes is even locks him up for 15 minutes due to restriction from system.

(in order to prevent the swap from one to the other all the time forcing
message to appear on screen and in logs and preventing locks when returning to
the same ip within 15 min)
Is there a way to force Remedy clients to use a single defined ip when making
calls to the server ?
Other possible solution or lead ?

Thanks in advance,

Martin Plante
