Gary, What is your Push Fields If qualification (if any)? In a few rare cases in 6.3 I found that certain fields weren't populated by workflow in the Mid-tier or these fields may not be available after submit (values no longer in cache) If its possible you could try pushing the values you want to utilize to a temp field On Submit, then push them from the tmp fields after submit... May or may not help...I just wanted to throw out some ideas. Cheers!

The active link does (or at least is supposed to do) a Push-Fields to another schema to create a ticket. Through looking at my logs, it is not even trying to do the push fields. Will push fields not work on after submit action active links on the mid-tier?
