Hello list, our Oracle team came up with a new feature at the Oracle Enterprise Manager to be able to connect too Remedy provided Webservices.
So far so good ... issue: the out of the box feature is tailered for HelpDesk. While it is said to be possible to connect to custom Remedy Webservices as well, the documentation is not very helpful or straight forward here (or I just don't get it :-). The direct contact with the Oracle dev team was also not very helpful so far and progress is a little slow here (as much as I have heard that feature is very new and Oracle Support does not know that much about it yet at the first place). Question: has anyone tried using that OEM feature yet with a custom Remedy Webservice, was succesfull and might share a tip or two? Thanks for the info in advance! ... and in case you have not tried that feature yet, go ahead.
