Hi everyone, I wonder if you can help me with the issue.
An external application calls our Remedy Web Service and passes a number of parameters, one of which is Response Time.In this example the value is <Response_Time>2007-05-23T19:40:00</Response_Time> When I go into Remedy, the date/time in the User Tool is 23/05/2007 20:40:00 What could be adding that extra 1 hour to the value?
