I know that Incidents can be related to Broadcasts, but can either drive the resolution of the other, like a parent ticket would a child? I thought I found a way to do it, but I can't duplicate it from either direction, and there's nothing in the docs that does more than mention it in passing. It would also be nice if the Relationship Types were spelled out in the docs somewhere, as to their effects and meanings. Rick Cook
