We too are on the path to upgrading to remedy 7. >From most of the research into the subject, it appears that customisation is a must to some extent, there are however draw backs. Like installing patches from BMC. The question that has to be asked is if we do customize, to what extend is the developer aware that this cusutomisation will not be affected by a BMC Patch?
