Hi Dwayne,
 
The way that that I've understood it: double quotes are required for a run 
process variable if the 'contents' of the variable could have a space in the 
value. such as "Shift Manager".

Kaiser,

I'm trying to get this to work myself, so I'm not speaking as an authority, but 
do you want quotes around the two "$Assigned Group$"s?  Aren't they variables 
just like $Tech Start$?
