Thanks Carey, and thanks LJ,

It seems the Business Time Diff worked to fit all the requirements. It
runs when the form has been rejected. I used a start time of "Status
History.Pending Approval.TIME" End Time of $TIMESTAMP$ "Company" Company"
the result goes to an interger field called "Calc Time".
I have a "Base Time" whose value is always 18000, and a "Total Time Used" field
that is set as (Total Time Used + Calc Time) which is subtracted from the Base
Time, which leaves "Time Remaining"
I went this way because each time the form goes into "Pending Approval" status,
an email is sent to the manager and it must include the time remaining.

Thank you again for your suggestion, they put me in the right direction.
Best Regards,
Tom
