Eric,

Here is your answer:

You are seeing this because Microsoft disabled Distributed Transactions
by default in Windows Server 2003 due to security problems. Get
Microsoft Knowledgebase Article 816701 (Error Message: OLE DB provider
SQLOLEDB was unable to begin a distributed transaction). It gives you
instructions on what to change to enable them in Server 2003.
Basically, you need to access the Add-Remove Programs, Add/Remove
Windows Components, Application Server, Details, and select the "Enable
network DTC access" checkbox. Restart DTC and try it again.

All Remedy transactions are Distributed Transactions.

I forgot to add the error:

ARERR [552] Failure during SQL operation to the database : The ROLLBACK
TRANSACTION request has no corresponding BEGIN TRANSACTION. (SQL Server
