What type of logging are you trying to perform? Are the results of the logging stored in a regular Remedy form? What type and version of the ARS API are you using? (ie. C, Java, .Net) Are the several applications web- or Windows-based? Are they all Remedy applications? What version of ARS and Mid Tier are you using? Which form is being automatically closed after 1 minute?
