Hello Everyone, I am trying to set up a manditory preference server per the instructions in "BMC Remedy ARS 7.0 Configuring" p 51.
I open my Admin tool and click on the server I do NOT want as the server. I pick Server Information -> Advanced, and select "Use Other Server" from the "Preference Server Option" field at the bottom of the page. Then I click on the server I DO want, but the "Preference Server Option" field isn't there. What am I missing?
