Thank you, Neel Gautam From: Gautam, Neel Sent: Monday, June 11, 2007 1:56 PM To: 'arslist@ARSLIST.ORG' Subject: Archive email records from 'AR System Email Messages' to a new staging form Hello listers, The idea is to use form archiving on ‘AR System Email Messages’ form to a new staging form. I have following questions regarding the same: (We are using ARS 7.0.01 Patch 001) 1) Are there any known issues with archiving that anybody have experienced? I have read a few emails in past few days regarding this in which somebody claimed some defect or something, can’t locate that email anymore. 2) Any guidelines that one should follow while using archiving? Best practices? 3) Any guidelines as to which/how many fields to copy over to staging form from ‘AR System Email Messages’ form? Is it advisable to copy over EVERY SINGLE field from ‘AR System Email Messages’ regardless of if you are using it or not? 4) One of the work-flow uses ‘RTF Content’ field on ‘AR System Email Messages’ form. It is of type “attachment” and display type is “list control”. However, I can’t see that field on ‘AR System Email Messages’ form. There is not a single field that’s not in the current view! Position size is X:0, Y:0, Width:0 and Height:0 and they are grayed out. How do I copy this field over from ‘AR System Email Messages’ to my new staging form? Thank you, Neel Gautam.
