We have a problem with the email engine incoming mailbox.

We have a mail integration through the email engine, which allows vendors
modify help desk tickets. But, we have experienced an error when the vendor
sends two modifications at the same time.

For example: Change to work in progress in one mail and resolved in another
one before the email engine has read the first one.

It´s seems that the email engine reads first the most recents emails, from
outlook mailbox, instead of
the oldest.

In the previous example we have received the resolved modification first
instead of work in progress action.

Anyone has experienced this issue???
