Good morning folks,

I'm having issues with SLM, and it looks like BMC Support has decided
that my issue is too difficult to work on or something as they haven't
responded to me for a few weeks now so I turn to the ARSlist for help.

Basically, I'm trying to create Service Targets for Incidents.  For
whatever reason, they do not show up on the incidents and do not fire.
Everything appears to be created successfully on the SLM side, and when
I turned on Filter logging it looks like the filters are firing, but
it's very convoluted and I'd like to see if anyone has any advice on
what I should look at, or what I could do to make troubleshooting the
problem easier.
