Oh sorry. I am not familiar with anything but the base ARS product. I've

Good morning all,

 

Since the documentation is lacking on the notification engine in 7.0 I
have a question for the group.

 

Has anyone created a notification (using the notification engine) that
will update the owner of an incident each time the incident is updated? 

 

The engine has a number of triggers, however update is not one of them
and I can not see how to update the list of triggers on the
NTE:SYS-Define NT Events form. It looks like its only a static list,
which means there is more behind this.
