Has anyone created a notification (using the notification engine) that will update the owner of an incident each time the incident is updated? The engine has a number of triggers, however update is not one of them and I can not see how to update the list of triggers on the NTE:SYS-Define NT Events form. It looks like its only a static list, which means there is more behind this.
