Here is my fun project... Any ideas??? We have 28 different On-Call Calendars in Outlook. Rather than having the Support Center Staff look at the calendars all day long to determine who is on-call, our management wants me to build something in Remedy that can look at the calendars and let the SC Staff know who is on call for each group.
