modified 1-2-3
put arapi70.lib into arsperl-1.90 directory
cannot find nts.lib  ... is this ok ?  or is there something I am missing
here.

then I open command prompt and do perl makefile.pl
make
make install

under arsperl-1.90 directory correct ?
