Yeah all I'm after is "just the facts" ... :-)

I'm looking for something that can run in a filter on the server and capture 
the ip address of the connection to the server that modified the ticket.

Not concerned with the configuration on the client ... they can have 20 ips 
for all I care ;-)

Also keep in mind that as VMWare and other such "virtual NIC"s (like

VPN's) exist more and more it is likely that the client PC will have

multiple IP's. So you may need to collect a set of values instead of

"one" value.



I know that makes the task more difficult, but it is really "truth"
