You should have documented experience in software development life cycles or Agile development methodologies, Bachelor's degree or higher in CS or related discipline, and a track record of delivering enterprise-class solutions. Ideally you will have 3+ years of industry experience. Required Experience and Skills: * Strong communications skills - verbal/written * Experience in developing web services (Preference with experience with integrations with the Remedy AR System) * Minimum 1 year experience with Remedy ARSystem Mid-Tier Web Application development (Preference with experience using XML Web Services with AR System) * Minimum 1 year experience with full lifecycle implementations of Remedy applications (Preference with experience using AR System 6.3 and 7.0versions) * Strong knowledge of relational databases with strong SQL & data modeling with preference towards Oracle experience * Knowledge of Apache web servers & Tomcat * Strong knowledge of the Unix platform with a preference towards Redhat Linux (Windows experience is not required here) * Experience implementing and customizing home grown and/or out of the box Remedy applications and Mid-Tier * Expert knowledge and development experience with at least two programming languages/environments from this set required: Unix scripting, Perl, Javascript, Ajax, DHTML, PHP, EJB, Java, C/C++, Ruby. * Preference given for experience with the Remedy API's * Self learner & ability to multitask as well as a good attitude. * Business Analysis / Customer Systems Requirements gathering experience * Must be able to analyze problems and solve them creatively; be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision. * A person that can work well within a dynamic environment with a desire to obtain or grow further in implementing and designing client-focused solutions. * Formal training in Remedy development is a plus (ARS Administering, Advanced Topics, Performance Tuning, etc.) * Ability to work well within a team and work closely with other members of the organization, e.g., operations staff, software developers, networking team, etc. * IT process knowledge a plus (ITIL help desk, change management, configuration management, service level management) * Experience in Load testing web applications is a plus.
