I fully agree with the 2 other comments about more questions would be
nice!

Also some more specifics (like ARS Patch level)
Upgrade plans (to what ARS / Application) and if so some timeline
WHICH applications you use (BMC-ITSM, ESS, etc)
Which MODULES in ITIL you use (Incident, Problem, Change, Asset,
Configuration Management, SLA..)
Interfaces to xxx (LDAP, DB-Link, SAP, ...)

However I **DID REPLY** - Thanks for doing this!

Subject: Re: SURVEY: Friday survey - server demographics

John,
How about a few more questions...

Just some quick ideas... might be nice to see...

) Database Vendor/Version...
) OS platform for ARS server....
) If you use fully custom applications that were built internally?
) if so.. how many ARS developers (not data admins) develop
applications at your company?
) How many data admins do you have at your company?
) If you use a OOB application?
) If so.. how much customization did you do to it?
    0%
    0-5%
    5-10%
    10-25%
    25%-50%
    50%+
) If you use one or more Kineticdata applications? (If if not... why
not?) :)
