When logging in and clicking on either the Knowledge Base link or the New Issue link, I get a blank page and a little "error on page" message at the bottom of my Internet Explorer window. I'm using Java 2 v1.4.2_12 for <applet> Is this a correct version? I'm assuming it's a java issue with my browser.... Lisa
