I am attempting to patch to 004. When running the "BMC Atrium CMDB
2.0.01upgrade fix", the setup stays on the command prompt window with
"Loading patch please wait..." displayed, the system is not locked up
but this has been running for about 4.5 hours.  The log files for the
patch have not updated since I kicked off the setup this morning.  
 
I really don't think this should take 4+ hours...  What can be done to
make this quicker or is there a manual process that I can perform to
accomplish the patch installation?
 
Current dev environment (all new installs):
ARServer 7.0.01 (P3) 
Incident/Problem 7.0.02 (unpatched)
CMDB 2.0.1 (P2)
SLM 7.0.02 (unpatched)
