UNCLASSIFIED We use email (mailbox or Blackberry) to submit, update or to change a ticket's Status. All of the workflow is dependent on the recipient replying to the message and typing specific keyword(s) to the Subject line. We must use plain text, so whatever the sender types to the body of the message is copied to the ticket.

I just need for a BlackBerry user to answer a yes/no type message and have it submit a form I can fire the workload from. I tried setting up a HTML message per the manual but it doesn't work. The incoming record shows "Parsed and Executed" but no record is created and the error logs are clean. Incoming mail is working; plain text message process normally but really won't work for this type of input. Is there some step I'm missing or has anyone been able to implement this? Thanks!
