Now I have logged the scenario from both client and server. The scenario was the following: - BMC Remedy User , logged in as appadmin - From Home Page, starting Requester Console - Create a New Request Fields: Summary, notes and Urgency - Request Saved Popup message: ------ Your request is being generated. Please click the refresh button to retrieve the Request ID. (ARNOTE 48149)
The preceding message occurred during the execution of active link RQC:SRC:OpenRequestWizard_110_Message -- action 1. (ARNOTE 1101) ------ - The request shows up as "In Process" - When trying to refresh, no Request ID is generated. - All requests are "In Process" Not quite sure what I'm looking for, but I found some interesting things in the arfilter.log For some how it seems to be getting a request-id, since I found this entry in the log. ---snip--- > 2: Push Fields > ParamType (301406600) = 0 > ParamDataType (301304300) = 0 > ParamName (301386900) = APP_REQUEST_ID_LABEL > ParamValue (301386800) = CRQ000000000146 > EventGUID (301386600) = CA0050569F59201ZKMRgGnL3Jw9PkN ---snip--- And a bit further down I can see the urgency field being "pushed". ---snip--- > 7: Push Fields > EventGUID (301386600) = CA0050569F59201ZKMRgGnL3Jw9PkN > ParamValue (301386800) = 2-High > ParamType (301406600) = 0 > ParamDataType (301304300) = 0 > ParamName (301386900) = URGENCY ---snip--- But in the end of the logfile I get plenty of "--> Failed qualification" Here are some of the logentries.. ---snip--- > Checking INT:CAISRM:EVT:OnSubmit_IN_UpdateLocalAOI_CallGuide (200) > --> Passed -- perform actions > 0: Call Guide > Checking INT:CAISRM:EVT:OnSubmit_IN_01_AppRequestStatus_Generic`!
