You can try renaming (do not delete) the entire C:\Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield\ folder and try the install again. You may rename the folder to anything you like...something like 'InstallShield-old'. The details of the message give a bunch of kernel statements. No setups are running and no other window is open. Even after a reboot still get the same error. Any idea what gives?
