We were missing some lines in the config files after installing the ITSM
apps as well, and support had us add those lines manually.

Luckily doesn't look like anything more than that.. My colleague
was told by support to manually key in those lines in the respective
configuration files. We weren't offered any good reasons as to why these
lines might have gone missing in the first place. The possible reasons
my colleague was told that this might be a result of, do not sound good,
and we highly doubt them..

I didn't experience that particular phenomena luckily. Keep me
posted as to what else is missing once you start to look around.

I was missing my SLM:SLOResults and SLM:CollectionNodes forms.

Has anyone installed SLM 7.0.3 on ARS 7.0.1 Patch 3 with
Incident, Problem and Change all at 7.0.2 Patch 5???

For some reason after installing I see missing configuration
lines in the ar.cfg file, and a SLM startup line missing on the
armonitor.cfg file.

        I have jboss 4.0.2
