I haven't been able to get a search to run on the BMC Knowledge base, even when
I select a product.  I have just put in a support request for it, but perhaps
someone else has a tip or trick for running a search, because keyword searching with that top panel does not seem to function without a huge JSP error.
Could it have something to do with running Mozilla Firefox 2.0?
