In version 7, there's an option for the EmailDaemon.properties file to prevent this from happening: Com.remedy.arsys.emaildaemon.FetchUserGroupInfoOnDemand = true / false Page 238 of the 7.0 Email Engine book. Instead of caching the user/group tables...it pulls info on demand. (I'm not sure if you're running that version or not...)
