Experience defining and leading IT improvement projects. Solid understanding of UNIX and Windows-based operating systems. Solid understanding of networking/distributed computing environment concepts. Technical documentation of system application development functional requirements and project planning. Experience with Change Management/Change Control tools. Working understanding of SQL and relational databases. Working understanding of XML concepts and implementations. Ability to communicate effectively, both written and oral.
