You will have to get into each attachment field individually. This is where you can give them read/write or read only access.
The attachment pool is only "You have access" or "You don't have access" Lisa -----Original Message----- From: Action Request System discussion list(ARSList) [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Dwayne Martin Sent: Wednesday, August 08, 2007 11:55 AM To: arslist@ARSLIST.ORG Subject: Permissions in attachment field Hello Everyone, I want to give "Public" permission to display an attachment or save it to a disk, but not delete, alter, or add - in other words, read-only access. But when I look at the "Permission" field I see only the names of the groups. No little icons to choose between read-only and read-write. Why is this, and is there some work-around?
