Can anyone tell me how to see the 'official' details of a defect on the BMC support site? For example (but not limited to) SW00264343.
I've tried logging into the support site, selecting View/Update under Issue Management, selecting Defect/RFE/CAR tab, and then selecting Search but this seems to only show defects associated with my ID.
