Experience using ITIL Best Practices; Strong understanding of ITIL Framework Experience with BMC REMEDY Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration and Asset Management Experience with BMC Atrium and defining and populating CMDB Excellent communication skills both, written and verbal. Preferred Experience in database development (Oracle strongly preferred). Experience dealing with Software Development Lifecycle Processes. Experience managing multiple BMC REMEDY projects Comfortable in both, a UNIX and Windows based environment.
