Talented Remedy Engineer to work with the Project Team in implementing
BMC Remedy Components.  Installation, Configuration, and Maintenance of
all BMC Remedy Applications and Components.  More importantly you will
work closely with IT teams to provide integration to other tools such as
Aperture Vista, HP OpenView, Lawson HR, Altiris Asset Management and Sun
Java Identity Management System.

Education and Experience Requirements 

B.S. in Computer Science or 4 year degree or like field. 
Experience using ITIL Best Practices; Strong understanding of ITIL
Framework 
Experience with BMC REMEDY Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration and
Asset Management 
Experience with BMC Atrium and defining and populating CMDB 
Excellent communication skills both, written and verbal. 

Preferred 
Experience in database development (Oracle strongly preferred). 
Experience dealing with Software Development Lifecycle Processes. 
Experience managing multiple BMC REMEDY projects 
Comfortable in both, a UNIX and Windows based environment. 
Familiarity with System Oriented Architecture
