I just wanted to make sure that there is no possible way to refresh what the User tool sees for Group Name options.

I already have a temp group list field that gets populated by workflow(Filter), but it doesn't show an updated entry in the group list field. If I log off and log back on I see the updated entry, but that isn't what I want. I don't want to have people log off and log on to see the changes. I am perplexed.
