If you look in CTM:SupportGroup there is a tab "Business Hours and Holidays". It is here that you can set the hours for the group and also indicate which Holiday tag the group will recognize. Either I'm missing something in the documentation or there's no cut and dry way to do this. Some of our techs only work monday - friday so how do I avoid having them miss SLT's over the weekend? Any guidance on this would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks in advance!
