Sanjana,

In HTML, opening and closing brackets are intrepreted as code. Use <
(less than) where you want < and > (greater than) for >.

Hope this helps,

Michael

Subject: Words within special characters"<" and ">" are omitted in email
notification SupID:36898

Hello,

We are facing a problem, in the fields like: Summary, Description and Work Log
The words between special characters <> are omitted in the email notification.

For example:
"Abc <xyz> pqr" would be converted to "Abc pqr"

Please suggest some solution to this problem

Thanks and Regards
Sanjana Agarwal
