Do a find on Product Cat and select the Product Catalog Advanced Search form. Find the Product Cat combo you need and make sure that the CI type is Computer System or whatever CI type you need. Doublecheck that the Product Cats 1-3 and the Product Name/Manufacturer match up with what you're trying to set.
